The book is soft cover, A5, 44 pages.
It contains all instructions for getting started, with 4 patterns each fully documented, plus a fifth pattern to experiment with yourself.  It includes clear diagram for the braids used in the patterns (8 different braids in all).
Like all the UK Lace Guild Booklets, a wonderful starter.
